Inspection Upon Delivery
المعاينة أثناء الاستلام
Customers are entitled to open and inspect their order in the presence of the delivery agent.
يحق للعميل فتح ومعاينة الطلب في وجود المندوب. -
On-the-Spot Returns
الاسترجاع الفوري عند الاستلام
If not satisfied, customers may refuse the order and return it immediately.
يمكن للعميل رفض الطلب وإرجاعه فورًا في حال عدم الرضا. -
Shipping Fee Responsibility
تكلفة الشحن يتحملها العميل
The customer pays only the shipping cost in case of return.
يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن فقط في حال الإرجاع. -
No Returns After Delivery
لا يُقبل الاسترجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب
Once the courier leaves, no return or exchange will be accepted.

Returned Items Are Not Considered Sold
الطلبات المُعادة لا تُعتبر مباعة
Only shipping charges apply; no other fees.
